Welcome to our C16th holiday home in beautiful Polperro
situated in a quiet street just yards from the famous harbour. Surprisingly
spacious and comfortable, the accommodation is steeped in character
with stone walls and exposed beams. With a house and a flat we are
able to accommodate groups of between 2 and 10 people in comfort.
Talland house has three bedrooms with en-suite shower and toilet
to each room and can accommodate up to six people plus a baby. There
is also a cosy lounge with log burning stove (ideal for low season
holidays), dining room and south facing patio.
Laity is
a self contained flat with its own entrance from Talland Street
and can accommodate up to four people. There is a beautiful 4 poster
bed perfect for romantic retreats and a comfortable sofa bed in
the lounge.
All bedrooms are large enough to accommodate
a cot bed.
